ReplyDeleteWhen usb connected from Vivaz to pc there will be (PC Suite, Media Transfer, Mass storage)on the phone ,so first time I keep select media transfer and it keep saying "device unrecognized or phone unrecognized", and I know that is kinda annoying. After that I try on mass storage and it works. Mass storage also can transfer music, picture, video and many more like what media transfer do. As I say it works on me, and I hope it also works on you.
